What is Analytical Exposition ?

= Contains the author's thoughts about things that happen around him, either objects, events, or places.

The generic structure of Analytical Exposition text consists of :

- Thesis

- Argument

- Reiteration 

Funcitions of Analytical Exposition : 

= Made to convey an idea or argument.

Example Analytical Exposition about the Importance of Sport :

Workout maintains good health. There are some reasons that make the exercises important to create healthier body.

Firstly, workout makes you able to burn the calories and fat so you are able to avoid overweight issues that commonly lead to serious health problems, such as heart attack and diabetes.

Moreover, regular workout makes your body able to maintain good metabolism. Toxins in the body can also be emitted through sweat. That is why it is very important to have routine workout.

The Language Features of Analyctical Exposition Text:

2. Thinking Verbs

3. Internal Conjuntion

Contextual as meaning that emerges based on the context.

Contextual meaning, the root word can have different meanings depending on which sentence it belongs to.

Understand the text :

- Before reading the text, we must make sure our purpose is to read the text.

- Do scanning

- Use background knowledge

- Make a summary from a text

- Retell the text from your own point of view
